how to make Pizza Hut remains the number one brands in Indonesia


 
Pizza Hut is a restaurant chain and international food franchise specializing in pizza. The company was founded in 1958 by two students, Dan and Frank Carney in Wichita, Kansas. He was bought by PepsiCo, Inc.. in 1977. Pizza Hut is now the largest pizza restaurant chain in the world, with nearly 12,000 restaurants, delivery-taking kiosks out in more than 86 countries.

Pizza Hut is present in Indonesia for the first time in 1984, and is the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia. Today, Pizza Hut is easily found in major cities throughout Indonesia.

In Indonesia, Pizza Hut is very well known in the community. Although it has many specialist restaurants are popping up pizza, Pizza Hut brands remain number one.

If there is the question how to make Pizza Hut brands become number one in Indonesia? I think it is unquestionable, because Pizza Hut is the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia, so many people know Pizza Hut. When  we asked "Pizza Restaurant" is definitely the most important exist our minds is the "Pizza Hut".

Supposed that the question is how Pizza Hut maintain their brands in order to remain the number one pizza restaurant brands in Indonesia?

Okay, I'll try to give answers to that question.

I think there are some things to be done to make Pizza Hut brands remain number one, namely:

1. always present the latest products.
This  can create a Pizza Hut has a chance to-consumer customers in the new. Each consumer has different characteristics, with the new products enable consumers who initially did not like the product before but could fit with new products. New products keep the Pizza Hut brand is not dead.

 
2. create  compelling ads and related consumer hearts.
Such  as ads by linking specific themes like the World Cup theme, New Year, Christmas, etc..

  
3. linking  Pizza Hut to do with anything related social activities.
Examples  like "if you buy a pizza, then you've contributed Rp 100 for education in Indonesia". (noting it is really for social activities).

4. always  fix the deficiencies in terms of customer service.
Like  call center services, service delivery, etc.


5. makes  social media (facebook, twitter, blogs, etc) as a service to consumers.
Social media can bring Pizza Hut with consumers.







That's all I can say, there are many ways for brands to be a number one. The key is loving consumers and always providing the best service to consumers.
